The Role: Assistant Store Manager (aka The Right Hand and Culture Carrier) You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the day running smoothly while stepping into leadership when needed. This role is hands on and people focused, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in what they do. The Day to Day: Support the Store Manager to keep the team motivated and on track Lead by example in delivering thoughtful and attentive service Be involved in hiring, training and coaching team members Help manage opening and closing routines, rosters and team check-ins Take ownership of store presentation and merchandising standards Handle feedback and customer concerns with care and professionalism Step into leadership when the Store Manager is away What You’ll Bring: Experience as a 2IC or senior team member in fashion, homewares or lifestyle retail A calm, friendly approach and strong sense of initiative Great time management and the ability to stay on top of shifting priorities A natural team player who listens, supports and follows through Strong attention to detail across presentation and stock accuracy What’s Next?
